Lee Sedol Won BC Card Cup

The final of the 3rd BC Card Cup went to its climax at the fifth game! Lee Sedol (9 dan) of Korea played Gu Li (9 dan) of China once again and for last for the title.

Lee Sedol who played black started the fight early with the cut at black 17, Gu Li captured two important stones, but the final putcome (up to move 47) was better for black. Gu Li later able to catch up, but Lee was calm and turned the table once again and grabbed the victory.

Congratulations for Lee Sedol! He won the championship two years in a row and was able to improve his head-to-head record with Gu Li as +1 for him.
