The first ever Huanglongshi Cup started in April 7. Huanglongshi Cup is an all female international tournament. The participants are female pros from 4 countries, China, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Each country made a team consists of 3 players.
Here is the line up:
China;
Li He(3d), Tang Yi(2d), Chen Yiming(1d)
Korea;
Park Jieun(9d), Cho Hyeyeon(9d), Park Jiyeon(2d)
China;
Yoshida Mika(8d), Xie Yimin(5d), Mukai Chiaki(4d)
Taiwan;
Hei Jiajia(5d), Zhang Kaixin(3d), Su Shengfang(1d)
Day 1 started with China vs. Japan and Korea vs. Taiwan.
Li He of Chna met the Triple Crowns of Japan, Xie Yimin. Xie who played black traded her group in center for bottom left corner. White (Li He) started a ko fight with white 204 and used the aji of her bottom left group well to win the ko fight. I think this is where Xie lost the game. Li He won by 6.5 points.

Yoshida Mika (8 dan) of Japan met runner up of the 2nd Female Mingren, Chen Yiming (1 dan) of China. Yoshida played a great game. I like her move at 126 and 128 which attacked black's group at D13. Black saved that group, but soon Yoshida found a bigger group. She attacked Chen's group at the center and eventually the whole black group was in trouble. Yoshida won the game by resignation.

Tang Yi (2 dan) of China met Mukai Chiaki (4 dan) of Japan. The game was full of fighting. I think Mukai got over ambitious and exchanged her group at P16 for black's group at M14. Tang Yi won by resignation and China won the match by 2-1.

Su played well, but I think Cho is still stronger and Cho finished the game in 169 moves. South Korea won 3-0 from Taiwan.
