Yamashita Keigo Honinbo add one more championship to his brilliant career's list. This time, he won the blitz championship, Ryusei.

Yamashita who became block A winner met Nakano Hironari, the winner of block E. Nakano who played white attacked black early in the game. However, the position is still premature for white and black used it to easily live. Yamashita then created a ko fight, trying to live inside white's moyo. Nakano handled the invading stones well and killed it, but lost his stones at the right side in compensation.

Yamashita won the game after 249 moves.
