Park Jieun Won Qionglong Cup

Park Jieun (9 dan) of Korea once again showed her power in international stage. She won the first Qionglong Cup, an all female tournament that was held from September 11-14 in China.

She met Hei Jiajia a.k.a Joanne Missingham(1 dan) of Australia at the final and won by resignation.

Eventhough Park won the championship, the spotlight seems to go to the 16 year old Joanne who impressed everyone with her performance during the tournament. She beat players who are stronger and have more experience than her.
